She also performs 3 circuits together with 1 circuit being of 15 minutes. The remaining time the lady does cardio-vascular exercises like running, cycling or dancing.

  • Megan Fox - avoids processed foods like potato chips, white bread, crackers and whole grain foods. She consumes fruits and vegetables as a source of carbohydrates.
